It's not uncommon for people to see UFO's rise out of seas or lakes.A police officer once saw about a hundred of UFO's rising out of a lake at high speeds.I don't belive that a police officer,who is both memtally and phisicaly fit would lie,knowing that he will probably get ridiculed by sceptics and the cost of losing his job.
